For The Love of Music!

You gotta’ get some…

I found more music from my favourite band (Megadeth), again… This time it is brutally cheap! Here’s the story… I was walking around in the mall and I decided to check out HMV for some shirts, I didn’t like much there so I continued off to the “Metal” section. I am now looking at all the labels searching for it, “Ah-hah, here it is!”, so I looked under the label and like before almost 1 million copies of “Endgame”. I looked above; it was another one of those “Ah-hah” moments, there they were, a ton of older albums all nicely stacked and it said “2/25$”, my jaw dropped. Sadly, I didn’t have any cash on me so now I have a new goal this weekend (to get two of those magnificent albums for 25$).

Oh did I tell you?

I decided to not save up 800$ for an amazing guitar, but I’m trying for something smaller. I’m saving up for a Jackson King V (JS30KV) with the wicked price of 450$, but I’m getting is for 280$! I’m so excited because I can see myself with this in a couple months, I can’t wait.
Click here for a nice picture of the Jackson King V (JS30KV)!

That’s all I could come up with for today, thanks for reading!

I Love Sarcasm

Such sharp, keen remarks.

Ahh yes sarcasm, what a great friend of mine. He or she (or whatever it is) is always by my side, to stick up for what is right. Most of you are thinking, "Wow, your soooo co-..." stop right there! You see that, that's sarcasm, and that's the kind that ticks me off. Like many people, I use sarcasm to jazz up my humour, make me look more intelligent, and so forth. I'm not the kind of person to abuse it in an attempt to piss off people; I'm really not like that. In some situations of being harassed by another person, I usually end up trying to pick out the smallest thing (of what is being stated) to make the person look stupid, it feels great. In other situations such as a dull conversation I use it to make things way more interesting and funny. Here is one example of sarcasm, "I have homework today, and it's due tomorrow... Yippie!", unless you really due enjoy homework with a due date. That's all I have to say, and sorry I haven't posted anything in a while!

Sooo beautiful!

By the way... I got a haircut! (Nooo Really?!)

Meanest Driver Ever

She is kind of my hero of the day.

If you have no idea what I'm talking about check out this video:

I think this is pretty amazing, even though something similiar has happened to me. What happened was a female motorist from the UK was driving down a hill on a rainy day, and there was a bus stop and a hill at the bottom. Like any creative person would do, they would splash the kids, and that's what she did with comentary in the background from her partner. After the fun they decided to post the vidoe on YouTube, and she was later charged for careless driving and splashing kids. She has been charged with a 4,000 dollar fine (yippie!).

Least Interesting Day

At least it's hump day...

If you didn't know what I meant by hump day I'll tell you what it means. Hump day basically means its the middle of the week and your almost at the end, it is all downhill from here. Anyways today was the most least interesting day, I've basically done nothing. I'm serious, I go to school and come back with homework and sore legs. Rant, rant, rant, that's all it's about today. Here is a quick list of what I hated today.

1. Woke up late
2. Had to taste tooth paste.. Nasty!
3. Boring and tiring lunch break
4. Finished a ton of in class work
5. Disturbing P.E. Class: Part Two - Revenge of the Heavy Lifting and Sore Legs
6. Epically long and boring bus ride
7. The current process of homework

That is all...

School

What a lovely place... NOT!

Well, I started of today with getting up late and I was luckily able to catch my bus. My first class was... PE, the worst class you can ever have in the morning. The only thing I like about it is how the change room smells like coffee, It really wakes me up. I have to admit that this was the most awkward PE since eighth grade. We had to have partners and we basically lifted one and ran back and forth across the gym... Yep, nothing like Physical Education in it's most awkward stages. After all of that nonsense I went to my next class "Planning". Basically Planning is a course where you plan for your future and work on your "Graduation Transition" and "Résumé". During that class I was listening to music and I dug into my pocket and felt something fuzzy... It was a mustache from yesterday! I decided I'd try it on, everyone was surprised. After that class it was lunch, I wandered until the bell rang, nothing too exciting.

I was now ready for my French class, I had to do a quick presentation infront of the class, it was pretty easy and fast, then I was done. After that we dug into the text books, then we received a new work booklet. Except the shipment didn't come in, so we had messed up photocopies with pages going 2, 43, 28, 4 etc... Since we couldn't work we just had some free time. The bell rang, off to my last class which was English; I had no intention what was going to happen in English even though I had handed in my work on Friday. I arrived and instantly I was assigned an in class assignment that must be completed in two days class time. Basically we have to write 3 paragraphs (150 - 250 words each) on the book we just read, I only finished 1 and a half, and the rest is for tomorrow. Now packed with assignments... One for Wednesday, one for Thursday, and another for next Tuesday, I am ready for another irritating week.

Haircut: Part 2

The cancellation...

I decided not to get a haircut... Oh no! Instead I went to go practice a bit of pool at the pool hall. I was horrible today, I was grouchy and tired. I was so surprised I could even sink a couple of the balls. Anyways, after that I went to my mother's, boyfriend's house and we ate (leftovers from thankgiving) dinner. I wasn't really doing much afer that that, I just sat and watched "Star Wars: Episode VI - Return of the Jedi" on Spike TV, ate popcorn and gave some to the dog.

After all that I went to "Wal-Mart" to buy some milk, but it turned out to be food and costume stuff for Halloween. "Costume stuff?" you say?! Well... I'm dying to be "Mario" for Halloween and I had to get ready for the day, so I bought myself a mustache and white gloves at a dollar store, I bought a plain red hat and a shirt. I'm still missing my actual "Mario Hat" because I'm waiting for Club Nintendo to send it. For now I just put on a white "M" and called it a "Mario Hat". I'm also in need of denim overalls and I'm complete.

Here is a photo from half an hour ago...

.....Awkward

Haircut: Part 1

Time to cut the bloody hair.

I've been waiting for this moment for a couple months now, my hair is really ticking me off. It is very fluffy, and the hair goes just passed my eyes. I was thinking I should get a haircut so I don't look like a hooligan. I'm not sure what I'm going for, probably something shorter, choppy, and less fluffy. I get it around 5pm today, I'll post pictures soon!

Oh, by the way! Happy birthday to my little cousin Jermaine, he turns 9 today! He got a guitar for his birthday, and he's all set to learn anything that comes his way, I think...

Music and Thanksgiving

What more could I ask for?!

It's about time I got my album "Peace Sells, But Who's Buying" by Megadeth! I was in HMV today and I stood there shocked... It wasn't on the shelf, I almost cried. I only saw a million "Endgame" albums and one "Greatest Hits: Back To The Start". So, like any other typical person I went up to the clerk and asked if they had it in stock, I knew they did (if they said they didn't I knew I'd have to fight back). So the clerk looked it up; I still knew they had one in stock. Then they said, "We have one!", or something like that... So one of the other clerks slid to the bottom of the shelf and looked, it wasn't there... I choked, but there was still one place to look, the back! So the clerk ran to the back, grabbed it, and handed it to me, I was very proud. I handed them to the 20 dollar bill, I was missing 15 cents... I tried finding something, luckily I had a quarter on me (the one I almost gave away yesterday). I handed the clerk the 25 cent piece and I ran. Yippie! I had the album added to my collection!

Sadly, there's more...

Ahh yes... My second Thanksgiving dinner, yippie! After the HMV incident, I got into the green jellybean (my van) and I drove off to my mother's, boyfriend's house. My mother threw the turkey in to the oven and waited. We ate like any normal person would, and that was it. Nothing to interesting...

Weren't you wondering what I was doing while I was waiting?! Well I was testing out this new pedal my dad lent me for my Ibanez! We drove back home, I got about two hours to to whatever I wanted before we to go back. I was testing out this amazing pedal, a Marshall "The Jack Hammer" JH-1. The sound was sheer and sharp, it was amazing. I was playing around, and I stared at my other pedal... I was just thinking how I could include it. I wasn't sure, and I'm still not to sure.

That is all I did today, nothing more, nothing less. The end.

Divorced Parents + Thanksgiving = Awesome

Two Thanksgivings in one, that's what I'm thankful for.

The only good thing about divorced parents is that you get two holidays, most of the time... I think it's pretty nice, but it's different. It's awkward visiting one parent and having dinner with that side of the family and then visiting the other, it kind of splits you into two. I find it okay, it's pretty interesting, both parents are happy with there lives (I think) because they're not together anymore. Even though it had a huge impact on my life, I learned to accept it.

That's all I can say about divorced parents and Thanksgiving.

New Guitar

Some day... I hope.

I've been saving up my money for this beautiful guitar...

The Dean V 79 Blueburst!

What inspired me to buy it was when I first picked it up and tried it out. Normally I'm more into metal guitars, but this one really caught my attention. The neck was so smooth, I could hold a squeal 20% longer, and it was really comfortable. Though, it was very awkward holding it in my lap around my right leg, instead of on top, it was a really cool feeling. The one thing I loved about it the most was the design and the colours used, I thought it was quite unique than most other guitars.

Even though it's 800$, I hope to buy it by the end of the next summer; I'm as broke as broke can be. I'm only at 80$ at the moment, I'm deeply scared that I'll never be able to afford it, only 720$ to go! Currently, I'm stuck with my old scratched up Ibanez, but it still does the job! That reminds me... I still don't have a job yet because school is holding me back with these constant projects, and I'm too lazy. But that's what ruining your summer with a job is for!

In the end, I hope having this beautiful guitar, that is all.

Friday Nights

Ahh yes... Fridays.

The time to just lay around, play some "Sonic the Hedgehog 2" and sleep. Today wasn't really much, I didn't go to HMV like I expected earlier, and I ended up at my dad's apartment. Today was a long and crummy day, like every other day. I had some fun running down the halls of my dad's apartment, I got to drive around and look for pizza numbers, I didn't even have to get out of the car! I got to scare some family with an old "Signs" clips and some YouTube videos.

Like I said before, today wasn't too interesting

The Bus

Pure evil, the smell of rubber wreaks inside it.

Today was quite a long day; I had finally handed in all my projects for that day, it felt great. Sadly, once the bell had rung I had stepped out and walked to my bus stop... I couldn't find it! I saw all the people that ride my bus standing there with blank faces talking to each other, and I was of course standing alone chewing my gum. Determined to go home and get a quick ride to HMV to get the last "Peace Sells... But Who's Buying?" album by Megadeth, but I had to wait because I live in the middle of nowhere.

Finally, the bus arrived (thank god). Now it was time to go on my 30 minute long journey back home, even worse than the wait... I was almost there, driving down my street, and there was a dog just standing there in the middle of the road, of course I shouted, "Dog!" but he already noticed. Luckily we stopped and the dog just stepped aside. I was almost home, so eager to get to the door and just walk in. Finally... the bus stopped in front of my house and slowly walked to the door, I was home.

Here I am now, sitting here blogging away, and I'm still waiting to go to HMV!
